Job Qualifications
- Experience preparing and cooking grilled meats
- Knowledge of traditional Brazilian churrasco methods
- Ability to provide excellent guest service and cultural representation

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian churrasco recipes
- Season and grill food according to prescribed traditional method and guests' specific requests
- Portion, garnish and present dishes in the style of Brazilian gaucho
- Answer guests' questions concerning churrasco-style food and represent Brazilian gaucho culture and demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill area
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties
