Job Requirements

  • Verifiable work history
  • Customer service or security experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Professional and clean cut appearance
  • Basic computer skills including use of CCTV and mobile apps
  • Availability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand throughout a shift
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • No Class A or B misdemeanors in the last ten years
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or security preferred
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluent English
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with CCTV and mobile applications
  • Strong guest relations and communication skills
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Verify credentials of visitors and staff entering the property
  • Manage visitor access according to established security protocols
  • Operate mobile visitor management software and CCTV systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and positive guest interactions
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance
  • Stand and remain alert throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with team members and property management
