Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- ownership of box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more
- vehicle insurance
- ability to navigate tight spaces and stairs
- basic toolkit and moving equipment available
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience in furniture delivery or moving
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lift over 100 pounds
- familiarity with vehicle operation and maintenance
- strong communication skills
- basic furniture assembly knowledge
Job Duties
- complete residential and commercial furniture deliveries
- pick up furniture and appliances from retail stores
- deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture items
- perform white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- ensure protection of furniture and appliances during transport
- navigate stairs and tight spaces safely
- communicate professionally with customers
