Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ownership of a reliable box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck that meets local transport laws
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces
- possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License
- proof of vehicle insurance
- experience in furniture delivery, moving or logistics
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related field
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more with or without assistance
- proficient in operating box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck
- basic skills in light furniture assembly
- valid U.S. Driver's License
- current vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- transport major appliances including washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- perform white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- use equipment such as plastic stretch wrap and moving blankets to protect items
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with local regulations
