Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Own a box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck in good condition
- Maintain vehicle compliance with local transportation laws
- Possess basic equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down or ratchet straps, and basic tool kit (drill, screwdriver, wrench)
- Have U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces
- Physically able to lift and carry items weighing 100 pounds or more
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more with or without assistance
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces carefully
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Experience with vehicle operation for box trucks, cargo vans, or pickup trucks
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- Transport major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- Provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and appliances
- Use required equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, and tie-down straps
