Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- own a well-maintained box truck (16-26 feet), cargo van, or pickup truck
- comply with local transportation laws
- have valid U.S. driver’s license
- carry current vehicle insurance
- capable of lifting and carrying heavy furniture and appliances
- able to navigate stairs and tight spaces
- possess required tools and equipment for delivery and assembly tasks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics or related field
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more with or without assistance
- skill in navigating stairs and tight spaces carefully
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- possession of required delivery equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps and basic tool kit
Job Duties
- Perform retail store pickups and home deliveries
- deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- transport and deliver major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- follow safety protocols during loading, transport, and unloading
- communicate effectively with customers and support team
- maintain and operate vehicle in compliance with local laws
