Job Requirements
- U.S. driver’s license
- vehicle insurance
- ownership of box truck (16-26 feet), cargo van, or pickup truck
- physical ability to lift and carry heavy furniture and appliances
- ability to work flexible schedules
- minimum one year of relevant delivery or moving experience
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- minimum one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 lbs or more, with or without assistance
- ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces with care
- must own and maintain a reliable box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- transport and place large furniture and major appliances in homes and businesses
- perform white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- ensure the protection of items during transit using appropriate equipment
- maintain communication with customers to provide excellent service
- navigate stairs and tight spaces carefully during delivery
- load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
