Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- have at least one year of relevant delivery or moving experience
- own and maintain a compliant and well-kept vehicle such as a box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck
- possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- have current vehicle insurance
- physically capable of lifting 100 lbs or more
- able to navigate stairs and tight spaces safely
- equipped with moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap, tie-down straps, and essential tools for light assembly tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- valid U.S. driver's license
- good physical condition with ability to lift over 100 lbs with or without assistance
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- familiarity with furniture assembly tools and techniques
- knowledge of local delivery area routes
Job Duties
- Perform retail store pickups and home deliveries
- deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture items
- handle major appliance deliveries including washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- provide white-glove delivery services with in-home placement and light assembly
- communicate effectively with customers to ensure high-quality service
- manage secure loading and unloading of furniture and appliances
- navigate stairs and tight spaces carefully during deliveries
