Job Requirements
- Own a box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck
- Maintain a well-kept vehicle compliant with local transportation laws
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Have vehicle insurance
- Possess plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down or ratchet straps, and a basic tool kit for light assembly
- Be physically able to lift and maneuver heavy items
- Have good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 1 year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more, with or without assistance
- Capable of navigating stairs and tight spaces carefully
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- Transport major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- Provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Handle furniture store pickups and drop-offs
- Perform multi-piece set deliveries including dining tables, sofas, and beds
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
