Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- own a box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck
- vehicle must be well-maintained and compliant with local transportation regulations
- physical ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more
- able to navigate stairs and tight spaces with care
- have plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down or ratchet straps, and a basic tool kit (drill, screwdriver, wrench)
- valid U.S. Driver's License
- proof of vehicle insurance
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to lift and carry 100 pounds or more with or without assistance
- familiarity with safe furniture handling and transportation
- possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License
- reliable and punctual
- good navigation skills
Job Duties
- Complete retail store pickups and home deliveries
- transport custom or pre-assembled furniture items
- deliver major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- handle equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps, and basic tools
- navigate stairs and tight spaces safely and efficiently
