Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- valid U.S. driver's license
- vehicle insurance
- own a well-maintained box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck
- familiarity with local transportation laws
- physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and maneuvering
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related field
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 100 pounds or more with or without assistance
- ability to navigate stairs and tight indoor spaces with care
Job Duties
- Perform retail store pickups and home deliveries
- deliver custom or pre-assembled furniture
- transport major appliances such as washers, dryers, and refrigerators
- provide white-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- maintain vehicle and delivery equipment in good condition
- follow safety protocols during loading, transporting, and unloading
