Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Own a box truck (16'-26'), cargo van, or pickup truck
- Vehicle must be well-maintained and comply with transportation laws
- Ability to operate moving equipment such as plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, and tie-down straps
- Carry basic tools for light assembly (drill, screwdriver, wrench)
- Provide a valid U.S. driver's license
- Provide proof of vehicle insurance
Job Qualifications
- One year or more experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics, or related fields
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Physical capability to lift 100 lbs or more
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces carefully
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Possession of vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- Retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Custom or pre-assembled furniture drop-offs
- Major appliance deliveries such as washers, dryers, refrigerators
- White-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and appliances
- Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle compliance with regulations
