Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have one year or more of relevant experience in delivery or moving services
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capable of lifting and carrying 100 pounds or more with or without help
- Able to safely navigate stairs and tight or confined spaces
- Own and maintain a compliant vehicle such as a box truck, cargo van, or pickup truck
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance
- Have required equipment including plastic stretch wrap, moving blankets, tie-down straps, and a basic tool kit for assembly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- One year or more of experience in furniture delivery, moving, logistics or related fields
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry over 100 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to navigate stairs and tight spaces
- Proficient in light furniture assembly
Job Duties
- Retail store pickups and home deliveries
- Custom or pre-assembled furniture drop-offs
- Major appliance deliveries such as washers, dryers, refrigerators
- White-glove delivery services including in-home placement and light assembly
- Providing detailed job status updates
- Ensuring safe handling and transport of furniture and appliances
- Navigating stairs and tight spaces with care
