Job Requirements
- Event planning experience
- Associates degree or 60 credit hours towards an Associate's Degree in any field
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift or move heavy objects
- Ability to push and pull up to 300 lbs with a wheeled cart
- Ability to stand for long periods on a hard surface
Job Qualifications
- Event planning experience
- Associates degree or 60 credit hours towards an Associate's Degree
- Funeral Director license a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Interest in obtaining a Funeral Director license
- Passion for working with people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and external stakeholders
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families and stakeholders
- Guide families through funeral planning with compassion
- Coordinate funeral service details with parish staff, vendors, and CFCS staff
- Manage communication and follow-up for funeral service cases
- Organize logistics for large funeral functions
- Ensure compliance with all procedural and regulatory requirements
- Support the on-site Funeral Director Licensing program
