Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will actively participate in the planning and execution of daily pop-up activations, working closely with attendees to provide a welcoming and informative experience. Your responsibilities will include setting up and dismantling event sites, engaging with visitors, and assisting the sales team during live events to enhance the customer journey. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will ensure that all branding elements and marketing materials are presented professionally and attractively, reflecting our company’s standards.

The position is designed to help you build practical experience in event coordination, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement. You will gain valuable skills in communication, leadership, and multitasking, all while being immersed in a people-driven workplace that encourages growth and development. Our comprehensive training program means that no prior experience is necessary; we provide the mentorship and support needed to succeed and advance within our events and sales teams.

This role requires a positive and professional attitude, excellent verbal communication abilities, and the physical stamina to remain active throughout events. Flexibility in your schedule to accommodate various event times, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, is essential to meet the demands of our dynamic event calendar.

Joining our company as an Events Assistant means becoming part of an energetic and collaborative team that values dependability and a team-focused mindset. You will have access to numerous growth opportunities, exposure to large-scale event activations, and the chance to develop leadership competencies. If you are enthusiastic about people, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-evolving environment, this role offers a great platform to launch or enhance your career in event marketing and sales support.
