Job Duties
- providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- managing kitchen staff scheduling and performance
- maintaining cleanliness and safety compliance in the kitchen
- coordinating with healthcare staff to accommodate dietary requirements and special requests
- overseeing inventory and food ordering
- training and mentoring food service employees
