Job Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- minimum two years of experience in retail or food service/restaurant setting
- minimum two years of experience as team leader or supervisor preferably in food service/restaurant
- knowledge of special dietary needs and allergens preferred
- customer service experience in public-serving position preferred
- knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications preferred
- basic knowledge of natural foods and cooperatives preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate staff
- strong communication and listening skills
- handle multiple demands and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- work with little or no supervision
- oversee opening and closing duties
- place supply requests timely
- maintain daily communication of operational issues
- enforce food safety standards and proper documentation

- provide prompt and courteous customer service
