Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
- Willingness to work 9:30am to 6:00pm with every other weekend off
- Must be able to work some holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- Experience with specialized dietary needs and restrictions
- Experience with high-volume cooking
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals in a commissary kitchen environment
- Ensure food quality, seasoning, and nutrition meet company standards
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Move inventory, carts, and food supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Assist with meal delivery by handling carts, hot boxes, and pans
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
