Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work 9:30am to 6:00pm with every other weekend off
  • Must be able to work some holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks in varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
  • Experience with specialized dietary needs and restrictions
  • Experience with high-volume cooking
  • ServSafe certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals in a commissary kitchen environment
  • Ensure food quality, seasoning, and nutrition meet company standards
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Move inventory, carts, and food supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Assist with meal delivery by handling carts, hot boxes, and pans
  • Adhere to food safety and health regulations
