Job Requirements
- Class A CDL license or Class B CDL license with air brake endorsement
- valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one
- ability to pass motor vehicle record screen
- ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- minimum age of 21
- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Qualifications

- ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
- sales-related licensure or registration if required by law
- ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- minimum 21 years of age
- 1 year experience driving semi-truck/trailer or certification
- 6 months experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service
- 3 months experience operating forklift or Moffett vehicle
Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs
- seeks out customers to understand needs and assists with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise
- responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and employee questions
- communicates product, warranty, and special order information
- plans delivery activities and loads delivery trucks within payload limits
- inspects products before delivery
- ensures safe and secure loads meeting DOT regulations
- updates delivery and route status for tracking
- unloads, installs, and tests appliances
- verifies vehicle inspections and maintains vehicle cleanliness and repairs
- completes DOT reporting for certification and compliance
- detects and communicates security risks
- maintains cleanliness and organization of store and work areas
- ensures a safe and secure work environment
- operates store equipment as needed
- performs other duties as assigned
