Job Requirements
- Class A CDL license or Class B with air brake endorsement as required
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- Ability to pass MVR screen
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations
Job Qualifications
- Class A CDL license or Class B with air brake endorsement as required

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience driving semi-truck or certification preferred
- Experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service preferred
- Experience operating forklift or Moffett preferred
Job Duties
- Provides smart customer service at all times
- Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise
- Listens to and responds knowledgeably to customer and employee questions
- Communicates product, warranty, and program information to customers
- Coordinates delivery activities and prints loading tickets
- Pulls merchandise, builds and bands delivery loads, and loads trucks according to order
- Inspects condition of products before delivery or assisting loading
- Matches items on invoice with quantities loaded
- Ensures loads are safe, secure, and comply with DOT regulations
- Updates delivery and route status for tracking
- Unloads, installs, and tests appliances upon delivery
- Conducts vehicle inspections and ensures equipment maintenance
- Completes DOT reporting for compliance
- Detects signs of shoplifting or theft and reports to management
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of store and work areas
- Ensures a safe and secure work environment following safety protocols
- Operates store equipment as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
