- strong teamwork and communication skills
- prior baking experience in a retail environment preferred
Job Duties
- following recipes to create quality baked goods
- maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen
- ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly
- assisting with cold prep after baking tasks
- ensuring adherence to food handling and sanitation procedures
- working weekends as required
- collaborating effectively with team members
