Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Youngsville, Louisiana
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior food service experience preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior food service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of service standards

Job Duties

  • Preparing, serving and distributing food
  • Working in various areas such as tray line, dish room, cafeteria and storeroom
  • Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Interacting with students and staff with strong interpersonal skills
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining areas
  • Assisting with inventory and stocking supplies
  • Following management directives and adapting to additional duties as assigned
