Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Working knowledge of mixing and serving a variety of drinks
  • Familiarity with bar equipment operation
  • Understanding of liquor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License
  • Current State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve inspired drinks and cocktails
  • Impress guests with beverage expertise and techniques
  • Maintain a clean and expertly maintained bar environment
  • Operate computerized Point of Sale system accurately
  • Adhere to all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Manage cash handling and transactions according to standard procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to create distinctive guest experiences
