Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficiency with Opera PMS, Micros and Microsoft Office
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficient in hotel management software such as Opera PMS and Micros
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively
- Dedicated to customer service excellence
- Prior cash handling experience
Job Duties
- Oversee front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Manage and lead a team of front desk agents promoting high performance and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience
- Handle human resources functions including recruiting, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain flexible work hours including weekends and holidays to meet operational needs
