Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Proven experience as a front office assistant receptionist or in a similar administrative role
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
 - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills particularly in handling client inquiries
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks
 
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors and clients upon arrival ensuring a positive first impression
 - Manage incoming phone calls directing them to appropriate personnel or taking messages
 - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages ensuring timely distribution and processing
 - Maintain an organized and welcoming front office space including managing reception area and meeting rooms
 - Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings ensuring efficient use of time and resources
 - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
 - Support team members with various projects and tasks to ensure smooth office operations
