Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work an overnight shift as needed
