Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory
  • High school or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling and business financials such as P&L
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by promoting genuine hospitality
  • Oversee profit and loss management and maintain budget controls
  • Coordinate ordering, inventory, and supply chain logistics
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
  • Uphold high standards of food quality and kitchen operations in a scratch kitchen environment
  • Implement and maintain sustainable practices throughout the restaurant
