Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • stable job history
  • solid business acumen including profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory management
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years restaurant management experience
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • background in scratch kitchen operations preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong business acumen including profit and loss management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
