Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management
- polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
- experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
- stable job history
- solid business acumen including profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory management
- high school diploma or equivalent
