Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of restaurant management
  • Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Solid business acumen including profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • Familiarity with scratch kitchen operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid business acumen including profit and loss management
  • Ability to develop and motivate team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee scheduling, ordering, and inventory management to maintain profitability
  • Lead and develop team members by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
  • Uphold operational standards to meet quality and service goals
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Implement sustainable practices in line with company policies
  • Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow
