Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous hospitality or food service management experience
- Food safety and alcohol awareness certification within 30 days of hire
- Flexible schedule
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hospitality or food service management experience with positive sales and growth
- Proven history of maintaining high levels of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
- Ability to train new employees and understand all job functions within the bar
- Food safety and alcohol awareness certification obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and independent judgment skills
- Familiarity with financial controls and budgeting
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a busy environment
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including customer service, financial performance, and staff training
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee scheduling and manpower planning for optimum staffing
- Provide ongoing training, development, feedback, and support to staff
- Maintain accurate financial planning, reporting, and inventory management
- Uphold equipment maintenance and purchasing standards
- Ensure compliance with all local, federal laws and company programs
