Job Requirements

  • Three or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Preferably polished casual, upscale or fine dining background
  • Experience working in scratch kitchen settings preferred
  • Stable employment history
  • Solid business knowledge including profit and loss, scheduling and inventory management
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining environments preferred
  • Familiarity with scratch kitchen operations is beneficial
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams
  • Strong business acumen including P&L management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Ensure the restaurant meets operational standards and profitability goals
  • Lead and develop the restaurant team through coaching and feedback
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and eco-friendly practices
  • Monitor financial performance including profit and loss management
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values
