  • Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments preferred
  • Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Stable job history
  • Solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
  • High school diploma or equivalent
