Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of restaurant management
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • stable job history
  • solid business acumen including profit and loss, scheduling, ordering and inventory
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing a restaurant for 3 or more years
  • Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining background preferred
  • Familiarity with scratch kitchen environments preferred
  • Strong business acumen including P&L and inventory control
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of stable job history

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Set clear expectations and provide feedback to team members
  • Manage profit and loss statements and restaurant budgeting
  • Oversee employee scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
  • Uphold sustainability initiatives and kitchen standards
  • Drive sales growth and operational excellence
  • Develop and mentor team members to foster leadership and career advancement
