Job Requirements
- Must have valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly and efficiently
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the designated system
- Maintain an organized seating chart to balance server sections
- Escort guests to tables and present menus with enthusiasm
- Communicate guest counts, seating status, and special requests to the service team
- Answer incoming calls, take to-go orders if required, and provide accurate information about Moderna
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entryway, and menus
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any concerns to management immediately
- Assist servers and managers with guest needs as required
- Uphold Moderna’s standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
