Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older (with state exceptions)
- Basic math skills preferred
- Ability to use a smart handheld device
- Must successfully complete training and certification
- Must have reliable attendance
- Ability to stand and move about on hard surfaces for all shift duration
- Ability to bend, pull, reach, stoop, and climb ladders or step stools
- Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Work under varying indoor and outdoor temperature conditions
- Compliance with company policies
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and integrity
Job Qualifications

- Employed with company for at least 6 months
- At least 18 years of age (age varies by state: Indiana 19, Delaware 21)
Job Duties
- Perform merchandise protection procedures
- Monitor entrance and exit activity
- Provide superior customer service to members
- Greet, assist, and thank all members promptly and professionally
- Resolve member concerns courteously and timely
- Follow BEST procedures including cross-checking merchandise and receipts
- Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery
- Respond to EAS alarms following established protocols
- Inspect bags and belongings of team members, members, and vendors
- Maintain club policies and procedures
- Ensure safety standards for members and team members
- Maintain the AP Alert Binder according to standards
- Process empty water jug return vouchers
- Work collaboratively with other departments as needed
