Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with hotel management software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
  • Oversee daily front desk operations including tracking logs, handling messages and packages
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
  • Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver excellent service
  • Address guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with hotel policies
