Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure high satisfaction
- Oversee daily front desk operations including tracking logs, handling messages and packages
- Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth
- Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver excellent service
- Address guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with hotel policies
