  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills

  • previous experience in a related position
  • knowledge of and ability to use Opera preferable

  • Supervises front desk staff
  • welcomes and registers hotel guests
  • explains accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment
  • checks guests out and prepares bills

  • ensures compliance with Four Seasons policies
  • manages smooth arrival and departure experiences
