Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 2 years of hotel front office experience preferred
- experience with Opera PMS and IHG systems preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- support the Front Desk Manager with daily operations and overall team performance
- prepare weekly sales forecasts and business reports to support strategic planning
- create and manage front desk schedules, adjusting staffing based on occupancy and business needs
- oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures to ensure efficient, professional service
- collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction
- monitor room rates, inventory, and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR
- maintain accurate records of occupancy, arrivals, departures, and reservation activity
- handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure outstanding service
- train, coach, and mentor front desk staff to promote growth and engagement
- participate in departmental budgeting, staffing forecasts, and expense monitoring to ensure cost control
- represent the hotel positively in all interactions and uphold a strong service culture
