- Minimum one year front desk experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work full-time

Job Duties
- Greet register and assign rooms to guests
- Verify customers' credit and establish payment methods
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance for guest issues
- Make and confirm reservations
- Issue room keys and provide escort instructions to bellhops
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts manually or electronically
- Post charges to guest ledgers
- Compute bills collect payments and make change
- Record guest comments or complaints and refer to managers
- Answer inquiries about hotel services registration and travel directions
- Clean and maintain lobby and common areas
- Plan schedule and supervise work of front desk employees
- Advise housekeeping staff about room readiness
- Assist guests with check-in check-out and special requests
- Train new associates and provide ongoing cashier training
- Ensure staff knowledge of hotel emergency procedures
- Balance accounts and complete shift checklists
- Greet guests professionally and handle guest questions within guidelines
