- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

- One to three years of related experience in front desk or hospitality roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to assess situations quickly and create effective resolutions
- Familiarity with hotel front desk procedures and cash handling
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Providing training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards
- Stepping in to complete daily hotel front desk tasks
- Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance
- Balancing daily paperwork: cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches
- Leading and motivating front desk team to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality guest service
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and expense tracking within the front office
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and professionally
