Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service setting
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with computer and software applications related to front desk operations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and standard procedures
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional hospitality training is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to standards operating procedures
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments especially housekeeping, reservations
- Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy
