Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work overnight weekend shifts from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergencies
successful background clearance
physical exam clearance
initial drug screening excluding THC
availability for permanent part-time weekend position

Job Qualifications

Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
basic knowledge of security protocols
experience monitoring surveillance equipment preferred
strong attention to detail
effective communication skills
ability to work independently overnight
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Monitor camera feed to ensure security of the building
conduct outside rounds to view grounds
respond promptly to unit pendant pull cord alarms at the front desk
maintain vigilance during overnight hours
report any unusual activity or safety concerns
document security incidents accurately
enforce community safety policies and procedures
