Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or client service preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly, and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of client interactions by phone and in person
  • Proficient with Windows-based computers
  • CRM system experience is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly, receive their orders, and assist them in starting their projects with EverPresent
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, reception area that is always client ready
  • Handle 30-50 inbound and outbound phone calls daily, handling small project inquiries, helping clients schedule appointments
  • Provide excellent customer experience including transitioning clients to more experienced team members when appropriate
  • Convert inbound leads into booked projects
  • Complete consultations for small projects, both in person and by phone
  • Address client concerns and provide professional support for small orders
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Zoho)
  • Perform administrative tasks using phones, CRM, and accounting systems to provide consistent client experience
  • Collaborate with other team members of the Sales and Service Delivery teams
  • Handle additional duties as needed, including assisting with order returns, processing payments and maintaining accurate records for clients and leads, and creating and managing tickets in our system
