Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • Ability to use multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping software

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and accurate record-keeping using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
  • Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading, and supporting customer support inquiries
  • Must be able to work weekends
