Job Requirements
- Able to work on Fridays
- active X-ray license
- previous experience in dental financial coordination and assisting
- excellent communication skills
- strong multi-tasking abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Front desk/reception experience with dental financials and patient coordination
- experience working in a dental office
- strong multi-tasking abilities with a positive attitude
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- active X-ray license
- previous experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Job Duties
- Greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
- provide assistance with patient scheduling and treatment coordination
- answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
- handle correspondences with specialty offices
- coordinate treatment plans and financials across multiple dental insurance providers
- take x-rays
- provide dental assistance in the back office as needed
