Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 18 years or older
- Six months clerical/office operations experience
- Six months providing customer service via in-person and electronic communications
- Pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
- Work in open and busy people-traffic environment near the front door of the building
- Must own or have access to reliable transportation to commute to the CLA office
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for the organization by creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, vendors, and staff
- Direct all guests to appropriate staff, departments or tenants
- Answer and appropriately route all incoming phone calls received through Community Living Alliance's main phone line
- Manage all front desk logistical needs including pick-ups/deliveries, route faxes, and prepare/postmark company mail
- Utilize state and county portals in support of client services
- Provide support to all departments upon request to support organizational growth and change initiatives
- Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing materials including collecting supply requests and fulfilling orders
- Coordinate and set up room reservations and catering orders for meetings, training, or events including coordinating room reservations and signage
