Job Requirements
- College-level reasoning, math, and language skills
- Two years of departmental management experience in front office or related fields
- Strong time management and negotiation capabilities
- Proven leadership in independently managing department disciplines
- Knowledge of employment and Innkeeper laws
- Experience handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Computer skills
- No health or safety risks posed by the employee
Job Qualifications

- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- Ability to manage according to employment and Innkeeper laws
- Prior cash handling experience
- Effective communication skills with both public and employees
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Computer proficiency
- No health or safety threats to self or others
Job Duties
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service by responding promptly to guest needs
- Train and manage all front office staff including new hires
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and manage the annual departmental budget
- Recruit, select, orient, train, coach, and review performance of front office staff
- Manage human resources functions and maintain a motivated workforce
- Ensure compliance with employment and Innkeeper laws
