Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in front office or guest services management
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and varying schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems for reservations and registration
  • Ability to manage guest complaints and resolve issues
  • Ability to develop and lead associates
  • Maintain neat and well-groomed appearance
  • CPR certification and first aid training preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years front office, guest services or housekeeping management experience in a major resort
  • CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
  • Ability to obtain government required licenses or certificates
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Additional language skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor all rooms related systems to ensure proper procedures for an outstanding guest experience
  • Communicate with guests and associates to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with sales, housekeeping, reservations and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guest reservation policies, standards and procedures are met
  • Resolve guest complaints and challenges effectively
  • Meet with guests to resolve service breakdowns and meet special requests
  • Coordinate marketing, resort operations and revenue management processes to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction
