Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years hotel management or supervisory experience
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • knowledge of hotel front office procedures
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to handle guest issues promptly and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferably in Hotel Administration
  • 2-3 years hotel management or supervisory experience
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong knowledge of front office operations
  • ability to foster a positive work environment
  • fluency in English
  • experience with scheduling and payroll coordination

Job Duties

  • Manage front office operations and staff to ensure outstanding guest service
  • hire, train, and supervise front desk associates
  • prepare work schedules based on forecasted occupancy
  • ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures
  • coordinate front desk work with housekeeping, engineering, and banquets departments
  • address and resolve guest complaints professionally
  • maintain front desk supplies inventory and oversee purchasing within budget
