Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and reservation software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
  • Provide outstanding service by assisting guests with questions, directions, and hotel information
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
  • Follow brand standards and policies to ensure a consistent guest experience
